レッスンのお申し込みについて
About applying for a lesson

ご参加を希望されるレッスンをお選び頂きお問い合わせフォームにてお申し込みをお願いいたします。
お申し込みは空席がある場合はレッスンの3日前までお受けいたします。

Please select the lesson you would like to attend and register using the inquiry form.
If there are seats available, we will accept your application until three days before the lesson.

お支払いについて
Payment　

レッスン前にお支払いのご案内をメール等でお送りいたしますので、オンライン決済をお願いいたします。

Please make your payment online as we will send you the payment information by email or other means before the lesson.

お申し込み後のキャンセルについて
Cancellation after applying

レッスンの3日前の22時まで（15日のレッスンであれば12日22時まで）無料で承ります。
それ以降のキャンセルは資材、花材の調達の関係上お受けいたしかねますのであらかじめご了承下さい。
キャンセルの期日を過ぎて、ご事情があって欠席される場合はお花をレッスン日以降２日以内に受け取りにいらしていただくか、代理の方にご参加いただくことも可能です。
代理の方にお越し頂く場合はキャンセル料はかかりません。

Cancellation after application　Cancellations will be accepted free of charge until 10:00 p.m. three days before the lesson.
If you cancel your lesson after that time, we will not be able to accept your cancellation. If you are unable to attend the class after the cancellation deadline, please contact us when to pick up your flowers ( within two days of the lesson is preferable ).

Lesson Agreement

初めてのレッスンの申し込みの際に、住所、電話番号などの申請をお願い致します。これらの情報はレッスン運営に該当する事項にのみ使用し、他の目的に使用することは一切ございません。

一度お支払い頂いたレッスン料は理由の如何にかかわらず返金致しかねますので予めご了承ください。（キャンセル無料期間を過ぎてからは）

円滑にレッスンを進めるために、レッスンの運営に支障がある行為を行われた場合や、他の生徒様および講師への迷惑行為等を行われた場合、レッスンの受講をお断りすることもございますので、予めご了承下さい。

When you apply for your first lesson, please give us information such as your name, e-mail, address, and phone number. This information will be used only for the purpose of lesson management. Please note that the lesson fee has been paid, it is not refundable regardless of the reason after the free cancellation period has expired.

In order to ensure the smooth running of the lesson, we reserve the right to refuse the lesson if the student is acting in a way that interferes with the operation of the lesson, or if the student is causing trouble for other students or the instructor.
